Warranty and Compliance

Your Priya System is guaranteed to be free from material defects for a warranty period specified by the local laws of the country of your residence.

In case your Priya System turns out to be faulty or does not work as stated, you will be entitled for repair or replacement, price reduction or for a full refund as specified by the local laws of the country of sale.

There is no other express warranty for the Priya System unless specified in a specific Priya promotion. The options of replacement, price reduction and refund described above are the warrantor’s obligations under the relevant local laws. 

Customer Service will provide directions for the return of damaged or defective units. Customer Service can be contacted at priyasupport@kindara.com.

NOTE: Your Priya Sensor will only work for a maximum of 6 months from the date of first activation. Your Priya activation starts when you first pair your Priya Sensor with your Priya app.  If you have purchased a 12 month system, your sensor will be replaced after 6 months of use.

Limitations On Warranty

This warranty is subject to the following exceptions and limitations:

This warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser.

This warranty does not apply to units that malfunction or are damaged due to obvious abuse, misuse, alteration, neglect, unauthorized maintenance or failure to operate the Priya System in accordance with instructions.
