If you are trying to conceive and not pregnant after 6 months, we recommend talking to your physician for advice.

Kindara allows you to turn on an estimated fertile window prediction. Please note that the fertile window can vary and this is just an estimate. Seek advice from your doctor for any specific questions or concerns.

The estimated fertile window feature should never be used as a method of birth control. Do not risk an unintended pregnancy.

The Fertility Awareness Method should be used with caution if:

  • Pregnancy is not recommended for you because of medical risks.
  • You have bleeding between menstrual periods that is difficult to distinguish from your normal menstrual period or that makes assessing your cervical mucus difficult. (source: ACOG)

Additionally, you should use caution if you have an irregular menstrual cycle or if:

  • You have a medical condition known to impact your cycle such as thyroid disorders, PCOS or endometriosis
  • You have recently been pregnant or you are breastfeeding
  • You are an adolescent (under 20 years old) or you are perimenopausal (over 45 years old).
